Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year in a foundry (Melting operations)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee melting operations (charging, furnace control, tapping, pouring)
Maintain melt quality and temperature as per specifications
Ensure safe handling of molten metal and equipment
Manpower handling
Record production data and coordinate with quality/maintenance teams
Guide and monitor furnace operators and helpers
Preferred: Immediate joiners
