Job Description

2 Dip/BE Metallurgy with Minimum 3-4 Years's experience in investment Casting field. Supervise Melting Operations: Lead and manage the melting team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in the melting section of the foundry. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards, preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for team members to improve skills and ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including metal temperatures, furnace operations, and material usage. Prepare and submit reports as required Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
