About Us:
We are a leading foundry specializing in CI (Cast Iron) and SGI (Spheroidal Graphite Iron) castings, serving industries such as automotive, pumps, valves, compressors, and transmissions. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Melting Supervisor to oversee and manage the melting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day melting operations for CI & SGI castings. Monitor furnace performance, charge mix, and melting cycles to ensure quality output. Ensure proper handling of raw materials, alloys, and scrap. Maintain records of melting operations, consumption, and output. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Train and guide furnace operators and helpers for efficiency and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in melting processes.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Foundry Technology. 3-5 years of experience in

melting operations (Induction Furnace preferred)

in CI/SGI casting foundry. Good knowledge of charge calculations, metallurgy, and casting defects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage workforce and ensure production targets are met.
