Handle breakdowns, quality deviations, and emergency situations independently
Required Experience & Skill Set
5-6 years of hands-on experience
in
aluminium melting & casting operations
Strong technical knowledge of
aluminium scrap remelting, alloy control & DC casting
Proven experience in
team leadership
in high-temperature shop-floor environment
Strong understanding of
process improvement, yield optimization & cost control
Ability to work under production pressure and meet targets
Local language (Bengali / Hooghly-Kolkata region)
proficiency preferred for effective manpower handling
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in
Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering
preferred
Practical aluminium industry exposure is more important than academic qualification
