Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, programming, and integration of PLC (MELSEC) systems to control and automate factory processes, including logic development, I/O configuration, and network setup to ensure seamless operation.

Develop and implement SCADA systems for real-time monitoring, data acquisition, and visualization of factory metrics, including creating user interfaces, alarm management, and historical data logging.

Collaborate on engineering tasks related to business automation (BA) and factory automation (FA) panels, such as panel layout design, wiring diagrams, and integration with existing infrastructure.

Conduct system testing, debugging, and optimization to minimize downtime and enhance performance in industrial environments.

Ensure systems meet operational requirements for monitoring and control in industrial settings, including compliance with safety standards and scalability for future expansions.

Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases, troubleshooting issues to achieve full system functionality.

Work Experience

Required Experience:

Proven experience in PLC (MELSEC) and SCADA engineering.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in PLC (MELSEC).

Proficiency in SCADA systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

On-site commissioning experience with PLCs (MELSEC).

On-site commissioning experience with SCADA systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Strong technical background in industrial automation.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with potential for hands-on implementation.
