Hii Greetings Mega Hiring for One of the Top Multinational Company for HR Helpdesk & Talent Sourcing Location - Bangalore & Mumbai Salary Up-to - 12 LPA + NSA US PROCESS - CANDIDATE MUST BE COMPANY WITH NIGHT SHIFTS CAB FACILITIES ARE THERE BASIC REQUIREMENTS :- HR HELPDESK - ( BANGALORE & MUMBAI ) / BAND - 1,2& 3 The Tier 1 HR Helpdesk Agent is a resource with required level of expertise, responsible for managing Tier 1 HR related queries from the client employees, line managers, vendors and other 3rd parties basis the procedures defined, instructions provided and the knowledge base available. These queries relate to HR Policies, Employee Data Management, Payroll, Benefits, Learning and Development, T&A and other HR related topics. These queries should be managed in the specified time and with mandated level of accuracy with focus on first time closure. This role requires periodic rotational shifts on 24/7 basis. Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 9 months of Experience in HR field or Any BPO voice Process experience Candidates can also Apply Maximum - 8 years . Location - Bangalore & Mumbai Package - 7.5LPA to 12.5LPA + NSA BASIC REQUIREMENTS :- Talent Sourcing - ( BANGALORE & MUMBAI ) / BAND - 1,2,3 & 4 1) Overall work experience of 1+ years with experience in supporting Recruitment & Onboarding administrative activities function for an organization, especially US Sourcing 2) Global Experience in Sourcing (not just domestic/ India specific) Aligned by specific requisition and supports the TAA who manages that requisition. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and ensuring candidates apply to the positions they support. 100% external candidate attraction and engagement. Candidate focus Aligned to specific recruiters who own critical requisitions Ideally own sourcing on 15-40 positions at a time Work with TAA and Hiring Manager to understand the fundamental requirements of the open positions the support, probe must-have\'s and nice-to-haves, convey market inelegance, etc. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, HireScore, Avature, X-ray/Boolean search, appropriate user groups or professional affiliations, etc. Attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to adapt Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 12 months of Experience in HR field , US STAFFING , US SOURCING , US RECRUITMENT Experience is Preferred .
