Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic
Meeting Setter
to support our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential leads, qualifying them, and scheduling meetings for our sales experts to close.
This is an entry-to-mid-level role suited for someone who is confident in communication and has a basic understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and other platforms.
Reach out to leads via cold messaging, cold calling, or email sequences.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure calendar coordination.
Follow up with leads to confirm meetings and handle rescheduling if needed.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or cold outreach.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, etc.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain persistence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with marketing or advertising agencies.
Understanding of sales pipelines and B2B lead generation.
Prior experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
