Here\'s your chance to be a part of that success! As Assistant Manager Finance (Supply Chain and Treasury), you will be one among the 50+ professionals working in domains such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management and Taxation. The team consists of Chartered Accountants, Business experts and Engineers, who have previously worked for internationally renowned organizations. About the Role:

As Assistant Manager Finance, you\'ll be responsible for end-to-end management of logistics expenses and treasury management that includes: Review of vendor invoices, ensuring the timely release of vendor payment, Resolution of discrepancies identified. You\'ll work in coordination with the Operations and vendors.

You will focus on creating value for the business through strategic levers and choices. You will work to continuously improve the supply chain, treasury and other finance processes while maintaining a rigorous control environment and compliance with various internal policies. You will find plenty of opportunities to leverage solid business judgment to drive the right results. You will work with data, making fact-based decisions. You will also drive automations to improve workflow efficiencies leading to enhanced accuracy.

What You Will Do:

- Manage timely accounting, review and payment of logistics invoices

- Lead a team of 3-4 members and monitor validation of invoices and

- Raising of timely disputes with logistics partners

- Work closely with the Operations team for closure of disputes raised with logistics partner

- Lead interactions with logistics partners for resolving disputes and any other queries

- Assist in other analysis/reports as may be required by management from time to time

- Ensure timely closure of disputes and receipt of CNs

- Manage operations of the company\'s borrowing portfolio, foreign exchange and derivative instruments

- Maintain relationships with banks, lenders and other key players of money/forex/debt markets.

- Manage treasury investment portfolio with banks/MFs/other money market instruments.

- Study and monitor market-related variables and analyze their financial impacts

- Formulate treasury policy and risk management strategies.

- Track and drive compliance-related COFR/internal audit improvement

- Brainstorm innovative solutions to optimize yield and to get working capital benefits.

- Participate and drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency.

- Prepare journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.

- Should have the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able to make sound judgments based on this information.

- Liaise with Internal and Statutory Auditors for timely closure of audit requirements

What You Will Need:

- Certification as a Chartered Accountant

- 0-1 years of relevant work experience

- Articleship from Big 5s

- Well Planned, organized with keen attention to detail

- Strong analytical and time management skill
