Medico-Legal Expert

to guide us on legal, ethical, and compliance frameworks specific to the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on

medical ethics, compliance, and regulatory requirements

for clinics, telemedicine platforms, and healthtech operations. Review and draft medico-legal documents, disclaimers, patient consent forms, and contracts. Guide the organization on

negligence cases, risk management, and litigation strategy

. Ensure compliance with

healthcare advertising laws and guidelines

(including MCI/NMC regulations). Advise on

digital health regulations

including teleconsultation, online patient engagement, and social media practices. Conduct periodic

training sessions

for doctors and staff on medico-legal awareness. Liaise with external legal teams, regulators, and statutory bodies when required.

Key Requirements

MBBS/MD with specialization in medico-legal studies OR LLB/LLM with healthcare law expertise. Minimum

5-10 years of relevant experience

in medico-legal advisory for hospitals, clinics, or healthtech companies. Strong understanding of

medical ethics, negligence laws, patient rights, and healthcare regulatory frameworks in India

. Experience in handling

telemedicine and digital healthcare compliance

is highly desirable. Excellent communication, documentation, and advisory skills.
