The role involves end-to-end coordination and management of
VEEVA-led events
, ensuring compliance with internal policies and full documentation of all activities and expenses. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to standard operating procedures, and consistent tracking and reporting of event progress and compliance status.
Key Responsibilities
Event Lifecycle Management
:
+ Initiate, manage, and close events in VEEVA CRM, ensuring that all incurred costs are accurately captured and reported.
+ Oversee the end-to-end process from event creation to post-event reconciliation.
Monitoring & Compliance
:
+ Regularly track and monitor event execution to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain accurate and complete documentation for each event.
+ Proactively flag any issues or non-compliance concerns for timely resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
:
+ Coordinate closely with internal teams including Medical, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Event Desk to ensure smooth execution of events.
+ Facilitate communication and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the event process.
Reporting & Updates
:
+ Share periodic updates and dashboards on the status of VEEVA events with relevant teams.
+ Ensure transparency and visibility of activities, costs, and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Educational background in a
scientific discipline
(e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc.)
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in commercial or operational roles.
Strong
project management skills
and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications
, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in
spoken and written English
.
Experience using
IT systems
, especially for process management, tracking, or compliance workflows (experience with VEEVA is a plus).
