Key ResponsibilitiesPharmacy Onboarding & Relationship Management

Visit local pharmacies and explain the platform benefits clearly Onboard pharmacies onto the application (KYC, training, activation) Build long-term relationships with pharmacy owners and staff Ensure pharmacies remain active and engaged on the platform
Field Marketing & Activation

Promote zero-commission medicine delivery model Explain SaaS benefits and digital growth support Assist pharmacies in first orders and initial customer adoption Support promotional campaigns and local activations
Training & Support

Train pharmacy staff on app usage, order handling, and delivery workflow Resolve basic issues or coordinate with internal support teams Collect feedback from pharmacies and customers
Reporting & Targets

Maintain daily visit and onboarding reports Achieve monthly pharmacy onboarding and activation targets Track pharmacy performance and engagement metrics
Eligibility & Requirements

Experience as

Medical Representative / Pharma Sales / Healthcare Field Executive

preferred Strong understanding of

local pharmacy operations

Good communication skills in

local language + basic English

Comfortable with field work and daily travel Smartphone savvy (Android) Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred (Added Advantage)

Existing relationships with local pharmacies Experience in healthcare SaaS, diagnostics, or medical devices Familiarity with prescription workflows
