Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Professional to join our dynamic healthcare team in a multi-faceted clinical role across outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), emergency, and critical care settings. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career physician looking to build a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care within a high-volume medical environment. The role involves direct patient interaction, diagnostic evaluation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely and evidence-based treatment. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests such as ECG, TMT, ECHO, and ECO, managing acute and chronic conditions, and ensuring continuity of care across OPD, IPD, and emergency departments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered medical care.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations in OPD, IPD, emergency, and ICU settings.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures including ECG, TMT, ECHO, and ECO.
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions with evidence-based protocols.
  • Provide timely and effective care in emergency scenarios, including triage and stabilization.
  • Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in patient management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response as required.
  • Support patient education and discharge planning in coordination with care teams.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and ethical medical practices.
  • Contribute to clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical university.
  • Valid registration with the State Medical Council and NMC (National Medical Commission).
  • Strong foundational knowledge in internal medicine, cardiology, and emergency care.
  • Proficiency in performing and interpreting ECG, TMT, ECHO, and ECO.
  • Experience or exposure to OPD, IPD, emergency, and ICU settings during internship or training.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple patients, and make quick clinical decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
