Position - Medical Report Typist - Sonography & X ray

Location - Indore (M.P)

Qualification - Any Graduate Must or Bachelor's degree in Medical Transcription

Good typing speed can preferred

Experience - 1+year Experience in Medical report tying like sonograghy and x ray of recognized center/Hospital.

Job Profile

Perform Sonography and X-Ray report typing Maintaining PNDT forms Transcribe medical reports from ultrasound images Ensure accuracy of medical reports Maintain confidentiality of patient information Follow up with doctors and other medical staff for additional information Maintain records of all transcribed reports Update medical records as needed
