Scan Typist:

? "Preparation of X-ray and Scan reports:

- Minimal time

- Fast typing

- Avoiding typo error"

? Clearly explaining about the procedures to the patient before investigation

? Entries of patient details in the system without error

? Checking the report based on the Radiologist comments

? Entering the dispatch details in the register without fail and dispatch of reports to the ward/ Clinical assitant on the same day

? Confidentiality

? Sending monthly statement to the DMS office after getting approval from the Radiologist

? Generating adhoc reports as per the Consultant and submission to the Accounts department monthly

? Interpersonal relationship with the internals & externals and maintaining a good rapport.

? Reducing the waiting time of the patients

? Feedback from the patients and their satisfaction

? All the procedures are followed as per the Quality Standards
