Transcribe doctors' dictations and handwritten notes into electronic format. Ensure accuracy in medical terminology, spelling, and formatting. Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information. Edit and proofread medical documents for errors or inconsistencies. Manage and organize digital patient files and reports. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for report clarifications.

Pay: ₹222,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
