Job Description

Transcription:

Accurately transcribe physician-dictated medical reports, such as patient case notes, progress notes, operative reports, and diagnostic reports.

Editing & Proofreading:

Review and edit drafts generated by speech recognition software, correcting grammar, medical, and formatting errors.

Documentation:

Ensure that documents are properly formatted, timely, and accurately entered into electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Confidentiality:

Maintain the utmost confidentiality and data security of all patient information.

Coordination:

Liaise with physicians, nurses, and other staff to clarify unclear information or resolve discrepancies in records.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Typing Proficiency:

High typing speed and accuracy are essential.

Medical Terminology:

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and common medical procedures.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with transcription software, EHR systems, and other office applications.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,746.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month
