Job Description

Transcription:

Accurately transcribe diagnostic imaging reports, including findings and impressions, which are typically dictated by radiologists or sonographers.

Accuracy & Quality Control:

Review and edit documents for clarity, grammar, spelling, and correct medical terminology, ensuring zero errors in patient data.

Documentation & Data Entry:

Enter patient information, medical history, and test details into the hospital or diagnostic center's electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Confidentiality:

Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to privacy regulations like HIPAA.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with medical staff, such as sonographers and radiologists, to clarify discrepancies or ambiguous information in reports.

Record Management:

Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital patient records.

Administrative Support:

May assist with general clerical tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling patient queries about report status, and managing office supplies.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
