Medical Transcriptionist & Virtual Assistant
to join our team and support our daily workflow.
Position:
Full-Time / Part-Time (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately transcribe medical notes, charts, and documentation in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, patient communication, and managing electronic records.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a clear
American accent
.
Assist with virtual office tasks including email management, data entry, and coordination with staff.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Must-Have Qualities:
Strong transcription skills
with knowledge of medical terminology.
Clear American accent
with excellent verbal and written English communication.
Experience working as a
Virtual Assistant
in a healthcare or business setting.
High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Tech-savvy with EMR/EHR systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in medical transcription and virtual assistance.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
