Transcribe dictated radiology reports including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, Ultrasound, and other diagnostic imaging studies.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and formatting of all medical reports.
Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, clarity, and medical terminology correctness.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold hospital/departmental data security protocols.
Coordinate with radiologists to clarify discrepancies or incomplete dictations.
Ensure timely completion and submission of typed reports.
Follow departmental guidelines, transcription standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Manage workload efficiently and meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
Support other administrative tasks related to documentation, if required.
