Maintain and update patient records, ensuring all documentation is current and accurately reflects the dictated information.
Review and edit reports for grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to medical terminology.
Verify the accuracy of transcribed content and address any discrepancies or errors promptly.
Skills:
Must have excellent
typing skills.
