Reporting Supervisor
HOD - Radiology II. JOB PURPOSE
To assist with timely and accurate preparation of investigation & diagnostic reports III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

• To type accurate investigation & diagnostic reports.

• To type accurate and timely investigation & diagnostic reports.

• To fed timely accurate investigation & diagnostic reports in HIS.

• To effectively coordinate for timely completion of all investigation & diagnostic reports.

• To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.

• To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.

• To comply with patient safety policy.

• To ensure safe utilization of equipment's and proper waste disposal system. IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Measurable Deliverables

• Timely delivery of reports 95% times

• Ability to function independently

• Proper maintenance of reports

• Zero Error V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Graduation
Experience
2 to 4 years' experience in relevant field
