Roles & Responsibilities :

Listen to audio recordings made by healthcare professionals and transcribe them into accurate written documents. Convert voice recordings into text while maintaining high levels of accuracy and detail. Prepare and format medical reports, including patient histories, diagnostic results, and treatment notes, according to established guidelines. Ensure all medical documents are properly formatted and comply with healthcare facility standards. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and abbreviations to ensure correct transcription of medical terms. Verify and research unfamiliar terms or procedures to maintain accuracy. Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), to protect patient information. Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with healthcare facility policies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
