Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and online training sessions on
Medical Transcription processes, documentation styles, and proofreading techniques

Prepare and update
training materials, modules, and assessments
.
Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and ensure consistent learning outcomes.
Train students in
grammar, punctuation, accent comprehension, and transcription software
usage.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and academic quality within the class.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and provide regular performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma in Medical Transcription.
Strong command of
English grammar and medical terminology
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with transcription software and quality check standards.
Preferred:
Prior experience in
training in medical scribes, coders, or transcriptionists
.
Knowledge of
US healthcare documentation systems
.
