Education :- Graduate / Diploma Medical Transcription
Experience :-
Good Knowledge of Medical terminology
English typing and listening skills
Hospital or healthcare setup experience mandatory
:-
Accurately transcribe doctors' dictations, discharge summaries, OPD notes, operative notes, and medical reports
Review and edit transcriptions for clarity, grammar, and medical accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and comply with medical documentation standards
Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for clarifications when required
Ensure timely completion of medical records as per hospital policy
