Type the report from healthcare professionals in written documents using specialized equipment and software Have to Review and the edit the format for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and clarity, ensuring that medical terminology is correctly used. Convert written information into standardized report formats for various medical documents, adhering to established guidelines and templates. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with regulations. Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify unclear dictations and ensure accurate documentation. Enter written reports into the systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. Have to create different folders for different department for storing the report.
