Role Overview:-
The Medical Tourism Executive/Manager will handle patient coordination, hospital tie-ups, treatment planning assistance, travel support, visa guidance, and end-to-end medical travel management for domestic & international clients. The role requires communication skills, healthcare knowledge, and an understanding of customer service in the medical sector.
Key Responsibilities:-
Coordinate with domestic & international patients seeking medical treatment in India.
Communicate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners to arrange consultations & appointments.
Provide treatment information (as per hospital/doctor guidance -- no medical advice*). Assist patients with
, documentation & appointment letters from hospitals.
Build & maintain tie-ups with
hospitals, diagnostic centres, doctors & wellness care providers
.
Handle
patient enquiries, case history collection (non-medical), and scheduling
.
Maintain tracking of patients from inquiry to completion of treatment and departure.
Ensure smooth coordination between patient, medical provider, and company services.
Maintain updated patient files, billing reports & service records.
Promote medical tourism services to international agents and networks.
Prepare cost estimates & quotations as per hospital price lists and company terms.
Maintain confidentiality & follow ethical standards in patient handling.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships & service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor's Degree (Hospital Management, Tourism, Aviation, Healthcare or any related field preferred).
Experience in
tourism, healthcare coordination or service industry
preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali (additional foreign language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of healthcare system, hospitals, treatment process & visa support.
Excellent customer service, negotiation & relationship management skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
