Key Responsibilities:

Head and manage the

Medical Tourism Department

end-to-end Develop, promote, and manage

medical tourism packages

for domestic and international patients Coordinate with

hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners

Handle patient inquiries, medical reports, treatment plans, and cost estimations Liaise with doctors and hospitals for

treatment timelines and quotations

Manage patient travel arrangements including

medical visa, flights, hotels, airport transfers, and local support

Ensure seamless

patient experience

from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up Build and maintain relationships with

hospitals, healthcare providers, and overseas agents

Negotiate treatment packages and commercial terms with hospital partners Train and supervise

medical tourism executives and coordinators

Ensure compliance with

medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and company SOPs

Prepare

MIS, revenue reports, and performance analysis

for management Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Tourism, or related field preferred Minimum

4-7 years

of experience in medical tourism or healthcare coordination Strong understanding of

hospital processes, medical procedures, and patient handling

Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience in handling

international patients and medical visa processes

Proficiency in

MS Excel, CRM systems, and email communication

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience working with multi-specialty hospitals or medical tourism companies Multilingual candidates preferred Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
