Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Tourism Facilitator to manage and coordinate international patients traveling to India for medical treatment. The role involves patient acquisition, hospital coordination, travel facilitation, and end-to-end support to ensure a seamless healthcare journey for overseas patients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard international patients seeking medical treatment in India

Act as the primary point of contact for overseas patients from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up

Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers

Arrange medical appointments, treatment plans, and cost estimates

Assist patients with medical visas, travel, accommodation, and local transportation

Liaise with embassies, hospitals, and travel partners for smooth patient movement

Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation

Ensure high-quality patient experience, confidentiality, and ethical practices

Handle follow-ups, feedback, and long-term patient relationships

Support marketing and international business development activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Business, or related field

2-5 years of experience in medical tourism, international patient services, or healthcare coordination

Strong understanding of Indian healthcare systems and hospital networks

Knowledge of medical visa processes and international patient protocols

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and patient-handling abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience dealing with patients from Africa, Middle East, CIS, SAARC, or Europe

Familiarity with international insurance, self-pay patients, and cashless processes

Sales and business development exposure

Ability to work independently and under pressure
