Manage the Patient Care Services on a daily basis (In- Patient, Out- Patient)
Handle inquiries personally to guarantee accurate and courteous contact, and provide all pertinent information.
Establish a good line of communication between the patient and medical team.
Ensures service quality by creating and enforcing organizational standards.
Ensure proactive and responsive service in person, by telephone, and via mail.
