Medaz Hospitals is hiring an experienced and dynamic Medical Superintendent to lead medical administration at its Patna facility. As a key member of Medaz Hospitals, you will ensure high-quality patient care, efficient hospital operations, and regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration across departments for holistic healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead hospital administration and ensure smooth functioning at Medaz Hospitals.
Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety initiatives.
Manage hospital operations within budgetary guidelines.
Ensure adherence to healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
Promote collaboration between medical, nursing, and support teams.
Review and improve internal policies and medical protocols.
Represent Paras Hospitals in audits, inspections, and interdepartmental meetings.
Requirements:
MBBS/MD with a valid medical license.
Proven experience in medical and hospital administration.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical operations.
Effective communication and decision-making abilities at Medaz Hospitals.
Capability to drive process improvements and patient-centric care at Medaz Hospitals.
