Medical Summarizer/Transcriptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records and transcribe audio dictations into structured medical summaries. Summarize patient histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and other clinical documentation accurately and concisely. Ensure the use of correct medical terminology, abbreviations, and formats. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational guidelines. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization. Collaborate with internal QA teams and supervisors for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of proven experience as a

Medical Transcriptionist

or

Medical Summarizer

. Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, pharmacology, and diagnostic procedures. Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage. Excellent listening, typing, and language skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong commitment to accuracy and timely delivery.
