will be responsible for coordinating and supporting community-based health initiatives, including medical camps, home care services, health card management, and awareness programs. The role requires good communication skills, strong documentation ability, and a commitment to community health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize community medical camps and awareness programs.
Identify and support patients through home care services and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain reports and records of healthcare activities.
Manage BPL health card issuance and beneficiary records.
Conduct health education sessions for patients, students, and community groups.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in documentation, event coordination, and general healthcare support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with relevant experience.
Experience:
1-2 years in community health, hospital, or NGO settings preferred.
Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong documentation and reporting ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
