Program Lead
with a background in
Medical and Psychiatric Social Work (MSW)
to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care and training.
Responsibilities:
Supervise caregivers to ensure residents receive proper and individualized care.
Plan, implement, and monitor vocational training and therapeutic programs.
Provide guidance and support to the caregiving team.
Monitor residents' progress and maintain care documentation.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured living environment.
Coordinate with families, therapists, and external professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's in Social Work (Medical & Psychiatric).
Experience in autism care, rehabilitation, or related fields preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, organized, and team-oriented professional approach.
