HIRING MEDICAL SECREATARY/TRANSCRIPTIONIST AT CHALAPPURAM CALICUT

LOCATION: Saroj Diagnostic Laboratory Chalappuram, Kozhikode(ONLY KOZHIKODE CANDIDATE PREFERED)

Qualification: Medical Scribing/Transcriptionist

Experience : Minimum one year Experiencce needed/Freshers can also apply

Salary:12000 -18000 Per Month

Responsibiity:

Accurately transcribe dictated medical reports, including

CT (Computed Tomography)

,

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)

, and

USG (Ultrasound Sonography)

reports, from radiologists and medical professionals.

Convert transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures and consultation notes into applicable report formats Ensure uncompromised patient care by transcribing fast and accurately, as well as performing thorough editing Type out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon Identify and follow up on inconsistencies, errors and missing information within a transcribed report Submit transcriptions to healthcare professionals for their approval in a timely manner
Required skills:

Proven work experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or similar role Ability to transcribe accurately and maintain a minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute Experience with specialized transcription equipment and voice recognition software, including WebChartMD and PhraseExpander In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and jargon, as well as editing practices Keen attention to detail in order to not compromise patient care Post-secondary training in medical transcription is preferred
