ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are hiring an experienced Medical Scribe for a US-based Primary Care provider.

This is a long-term freelance/contract project.

ROLE DETAILS

Specialty: Primary Care / Internal Medicine

EHR: eClinicalWorks (Mandatory)

Work Days: 5 days per week

Shift: US CST Time Zone

Work Type: Freelance / Contract-based

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical documentation in eClinicalWorks

Prepare SOAP notes, HPI, ROS, PE, A/P

Update:

Medications

Problem list

Allergies & PMH

Review labs, imaging & provider notes

Maintain HIPAA compliance

WHO CAN APPLY

Minimum 1-2 years Medical Scribe experience

Hands-on eClinicalWorks experience (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of US Primary Care workflows

Excellent English communication

Ability to work independently

Requirements: Reliable internet connection, system setup, and power backup

COMPENSATION

?40,000-50,000 per month

In-hand

Complete project fee

No deductions

(Freelance model - no PF, ESIC, or employment benefits)
