Key Responsibilities
Document patient histories, physical exams, procedures, and clinical data during live or recorded sessions.
Prepare and update EMR/EHR charts accurately and efficiently.
Review and verify medical information for completeness and accuracy.
Assist physicians with charting, documentation, and clinical notes.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
Coordinate with the provider or internal teams for clarifications and updates.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned charts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or any related field (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Good typing speed (minimum 35-40 wpm) with high accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience as a Medical Scribe, Transcriptionist, or RCM role is an added advantage.
