Job Description

We are hiring a

Medical Scribe

to work with

US-based physicians and healthcare providers

. The role involves real-time and/or recorded clinical documentation, updating Electronic Health Records (EHR), and ensuring accurate medical records. This position is ideal for candidates with

medical knowledge, strong English skills, and night-shift availability

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist US doctors by

documenting patient encounters

accurately Enter medical notes into

EHR/EMR systems

Record

patient history, chief complaints, examination findings, diagnosis, and treatment plans

Review and edit medical documentation for accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with

HIPAA and patient confidentiality

standards Communicate with physicians to clarify clinical information Meet productivity and quality benchmarks within turnaround time

Eligibility & QualificationsRequired:

Any

medical or life science background

preferred
(B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Nursing / Allied Health / Life Sciences)

Excellent

English communication (listening & writing)

Basic understanding of

medical terminology

Willingness to work

US night shift

Good typing speed and computer skills

Preferred:

Experience as

Medical Scribe / Medical Transcriptionist / Clinical Documentation Executive

Knowledge of

EHR tools

(Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.) Fresher candidates with medical background can apply (training provided)
