Job Description
: Medical Scribe Duty and Qualification We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for annotating data for training machine learning models. Responsibilities: Write SOAP notes for audio conversations/transcripts Review SOAP notes and fix any errors Ensure compliance with all national and local patient privacy laws including HIPAA and HITECH Qualification At least 2 years experience as a medical scribe in the primary care domain previous experience annotating SOAP notes from audio files/transcripts Have a degree in either Computational Linguistics Biotechnology Biochemistry Botany B.Pharm Good English literacy. Bonus: Medical Scribe certification
