EIPL Position Summary - Purpose and Objectives of the Role
Myopia Management is a new category that is of interest to Essilor and a lot of new products are being launched by Essilor. In the Essilor team we need Optometrists to focus on this category - this means we need to learn selling for a new category of customers which is children. This positions needs to have expertise to be able to speak knowledgably about this category to Ophthalmologists, Optometrist and Opticians. The person will have the responsibility to train and follow sales for these products. It will be their job to show the ECP the need for this product, train them and their staff. Main Focus and Key Areas of Responsibilities
Responsible for the following business / functional activities of India business unit:
? Direct responsibility for opening Doors for this product
? Monthly Sales Volume and Value
? Training for ECP/Staff/Optom/Opthal
? Trouble shoot.
? Selling through training Candidate Profile Knowledge / Experience
Divisional or BU Experience
Operated as Stellest Champion of one or more of the following BUs:
? Marketing/ Advertising/ Product Management/ Training
Experience / Track Record
? [5] years and above working experience and [5] in specific to the [PAL consultant or EPS] experience
? An Optometrist with atleast 5 years of experience either in PAL or EPS
? Confidence to train on category and product
Industries Experience
One or more of the following:
? Medical device
? FMCG
? Retail
Geographical Experience
Must have India market experience
APAC or beyond collaboration experience is an advantage Qualifications
Education / Qualification / Certification
Bachelor's degree in optometry, Medicine.
Postgraduate in Management is most preferred.
Language
