Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary:

A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves building strong relationships with medical personnel, increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and providing accurate information about the company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.*
Schedule appointments and conduct presentations to explain product features, dosage, and benefits.*
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.*
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.*
Keep up to date with new products, market trends, and competitor activities.*
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales calls, and customer feedback.*
Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and meetings to increase product visibility.*
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all promotional activities.*
Collect market data and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.*
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.*

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.*
Strong presentation and persuasive selling abilities.*
Good organizational and time-management skills.*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.*
Willingness to travel extensively.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,586.47 - ₹32,766.09 per month
