Job Summary
The
Medical Sales Representative
will be responsible for generating referrals and revenue by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, patients, and their families. The role involves promoting
OrangeCross rehabilitation and home nursing
services and converting leads into admissions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to generate patient referrals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare staff.
Meet patients and their families to explain OrangeCross rehabilitation and home nursing services.
Counsel and convince patient families regarding service plans, benefits, and care outcomes.
Achieve assigned revenue and referral targets on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for smooth patient onboarding.
Maintain daily visit reports, referral data, and sales records.
Participate in marketing activities, health camps, and awareness programs as required.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in_
medical sales, healthcare marketing
_, or hospital liaison role preferred.
Good communication, negotiation*, and_
interpersonal skills.
_ Willingness to travellocally for field work.
