About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products and pharmaceuticals to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, providing product information, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical products and pharmaceuticals to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with healthcare providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Provide detailed product knowledge, including usage, benefits, and clinical data, to healthcare professionals.
Attend industry conferences, training sessions, and company meetings to stay updated on product developments and market trends.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
Travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet clients and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, nursing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare industry regulations.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹10,884.22 - ₹25,930.78 per month
