About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products and services to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Promotion:

Promote and sell company products, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare supplies, to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions. Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product specifications, medical research, industry trends, and competitor products. Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain benefits to healthcare professionals.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers. Gather and report feedback from clients on product performance, pricing, and competitors.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data. Prepare and submit timely sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional strategies. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields. (Preferred) 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field. (Freshers with relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Knowledge of medical terminology and industry trends is an advantage. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
