We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Pharma Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, stockists, and healthcare institutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Ensure timely collections and manage distribution channels effectively.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as per company policy.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of pharma products and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving attitude.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or equivalent (B.Sc. / B.Pharma preferred).
MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
Relevant experience in pharma sales will be preferred.
