Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in medical sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff
- Attend conferences, meetings, and events to educate and promote products
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, concerns, and market intelligence
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
