, you'll be at the forefront of a healthcare revolution--replacing age-old plaster slabs with smart, lightweight, and customizable

thermoplastic splints

designed for the next generation of patient care.

What You'll Do:

Represent the future of splinting at hospitals and clinics across your territory. Engage and educate doctors, physiotherapists, and technicians on MITHRIL's advanced technology. Demonstrate, fit, and train healthcare professionals on the use of MITHRIL Splints. Collaborate with clinical teams to bring data-driven, sustainable splinting to life. Drive adoption and sales of the MITHRIL product line through innovation-focused outreach.

Who You Are:

Experienced

Plaster Technician

or

P&O professional

(preferred), or someone eager to redefine patient rehabilitation. Passionate about medical innovation and tech-driven healthcare solutions. Energetic, persuasive, and ready to travel extensively to lead change on the ground. A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
