  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Minimum 2 and Maximum 4 years of experience as Medical Representative or in Providers Management (Doctor On boarding)
  • Candidates from Pharma/HealthTech/Healthcare/TPAs/Insurance broking background having network of Doctors are preferred.
  • Successful previous experience in New Business Development who is consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good command over English (Written + Verbal) along with Regional languages.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with mobile Apps
  • Comfortable with social networking sites like LinkedIn
  • Who has previous experience in working with Sales related drafts and documentations (MOU,NDA,SLA, Contract etc)
  • Who is highly aggressive to map the given business geography.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Proven ability to drive the on boarding process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Punctual, Well Organised, Properly groomed
  • Must have valid driving licence and have a 2/4 wheeler.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage profitable, sustainable business with Doctors in the assigned City by interacting, developing relations and liaising with them.
  • Develop, drive new business opportunities.
  • Ensure strategy and SOP implementation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle of a new Doctor onboarding from lead qualification to closure.
  • Manage monthly invoicing/payments with doctors.
  • Qualify leads from LinkedIn, B2B channels, and personal networks and drives them to closure
  • Conduct demos/presentations with Doctors to explain product offering in detail
  • Conduct periodic follow-ups on the hunting pipeline to ensure continuous engagement and communicate regular updates (product updates, business updates, newsletters, and relevant press releases) to the doctors
  • Understand the decision-making process, organization structure, evaluation criteria, and timelines to get more insights
  • Document no onboarding reasons and internally communicate the same with full clarity to business and product teams to understand.
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
