Job Description

We are a premier customized footwear brand dedicated to improving mobility and foot health through precision engineering. We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and empathetic professional to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and patients.

This is a dual-responsibility role: you will build relationships with doctors to generate referrals and provide expert assessments to patients to help them choose the right corrective footwear.

Key Responsibilities



Doctor Relations:

Visit Orthopedists, Podiatrists, Diabetologists, and General Practitioners across the assigned teritory to present our customized footwear solutions and services.

Patient Assessment:

Conduct thorough foot assessments for referred patients, identifying conditions and recommending specific corrections/modifications.

Consultative Sales:

Guide customers through our product range, explaining the technical benefits of our customizations.

Referral Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for doctors' offices, ensuring a seamless flow of patients to our center.

Communication:

Handle patient inquiries professionally. You will focus on the

clinical value and health benefits

of our products, ensuring price discussions are handled during in-person consultations.

Skills:

Strong "Consultative Selling" skills. Ability to explain technical/medical details in simple terms.

Communication:

Fluency in

Regional Language & English

Mobility:

Must be willing to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Personality:

High emotional intelligence, professional grooming, and a patient-centric approach.
