Promote company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Conduct product presentations and detailing to doctors
Ensure proper product availability in assigned territory
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new launches
Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and expense statements
Implement marketing and promotional strategies as directed by management
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative/Executive (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Experience
2-5 years for experienced Medical Sales Executive roles
