Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive - Ground Sales with 2 to 3
years of experience in the healthcare industry. The role requires the candidate to generate
leads, promote our services in the field, build relationships with clients, and drive sales
through face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with potential clients including clinics, diagnostic centres, hospitals, and
individual patients through on-ground sales activities.
Promote My MD Dr's healthcare services, including home visits, lab tests, wellness
programs, and in-clinic consultations.
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, provide them with information about our
services, and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and
local communities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and relationship-building.
Organize and participate in local healthcare events, camps, and promotional activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and
competitor activity.
Maintain records of daily activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM
systems.
Address any queries or concerns from potential clients and provide tailored solutions to
meet their healthcare needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a
related field.
2 to 3 years of hands-on sales experience in healthcare, specifically in ground or field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel within the local area (Pune) for field visits and client meetings.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Pune.
Previous experience in selling healthcare services such as lab testing, diagnostic services,
or home healthcare.
